I would be lying if I said I always feel like getting up to go exercise. But I have to remind myself that it is a privilege to move my body, and this body carries me through each day, so I nourish it with movement in return 🤍

Besides — I can’t think of one other thing besides exercise that gives you clear skin, a clear mind, a strong body, and healthy lymphatic system 💦

Movement IS medicine. Even if you can’t fit a lot in, simply stretching or doing a few squats will help you feel amazing 🤩
