My daughter and I will be reading my children’s book Liora: The Girl Who Feels Everything, and then demonstrating how to utilize art as a form of meditation. Crafting with Liora will help our kids place colors, texture and visual stimuli to their emotions, helping to regulate their nervous system through understanding and creativity! Can’t wait to see you there 😃

Happy New Year!
I have just had my third and final surgery, from the car accident, to remove the spanning plate from the top of my arm. My doctor says the bone is still not completely healed, but I should be able to move a little more freely. Now the work really begins to get my strength and flexibility back.
I hope you are all doing well and are setting some great goals for the new year.
