When I started journey, I knew it would take me to places. However, some of the places I imagined, would scare me and I would feel really uncomfortable but I never let that fear stop me.
I thought being a Beautycon vendor at the Essence Festival (The largest African American culture event in USA) was wild but being on LIVE TV was even wilder. It was nerve wracking; I forgot most of the things I wanted to highlight 😂 but I did it and I am so proud I seized the opportunity.
Thank you to the Columbus living team for making me feel at ease and made this a fun experience. Thank you to for this opportunity.
For those of you that are too scared to follow your dreams, DO NOT let fear stop you from following your dreams. As Ellen Johnson Sirleaf said: “ If your dreams do not scare you, they are not big enough!”
So, dream big and be comfortable being uncomfortable.
