Hey it’s me Mary emerging from my posting hiatus to let you all know I’ll be participating in an incredible wellness event with on 4/20! When the pandemic hit, I moved overnight to live with and care for my Grandma Mary, and did so for 7 months or so before I moved back to Columbus.

One of the things she got excited about was being able to take a bath because she needed assistance taking one. Mary’s Bath Bombs was started when me, Mary, started bathing my grandmother, also named Mary.

When she passed in November, I wasn’t quite ready to talk about the big feelings associated with grief. I was once told that loss is like gaining a tail. With balancing and turning corners, you stumble over that new tail at first. Then, over time, you get used to living with that tail, although you will inevitably still trip over it. And that’s okay. ♥️

Happy heavenly birthday Grandma Mary. You lived an incredible life, I’m lucky to have experienced your love.
