Some good pattern/ habit / routine of mine is exercise .
I love to workout , it gives me particular high that I can’t explain .
Todays home workout felt really good .
Had to sum it up with these sweet feeling of my loved ones around me .
Family over everything ❤️
Mondays are a must for my workout days
Shout out to my loving siblings , I couldn’t have asked for more in my choice of siblings if I had to chose ❤️

To our continued struggle as women in every way , our achievements regardless and to the ones that stand in for each other I celebrate you always .
