✨ Important Update for Our Clients ✨

At Platinum On 5th, we value your time as much as we value ours. Due to the high demand for appointments and an increase in last-minute no-shows, we’ll now be requiring a credit card on file for all bookings made over the phone or online. 💳

🔔 Our Updated Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Any cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a $75 fee.
• If an appointment is canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled time, the fee will be 100% of the service cost.

We appreciate your understanding as this helps us respect our stylists’ time and continue providing the best service for all our guests. 💕
