PALOMA is seeking a full-time Experience Guide—a grounded, intuitive presence who creates a seamless and serene welcome for every guest. Customer service experience is essential, as this role anchors the guest journey with care, clarity, and grace.

We are also looking to welcome 1–2 seasoned massage therapists to join our healing collective. One with a background in medical or sports massage—supporting recovery, mobility, and performance. The other, an intuitive bodyworker—skilled in releasing tension and restoring energetic flow. A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.
