I am pleased and proud to be a part of the CBKT Metro team. I believe all of us should like to go home, whether that home consists of two rooms or 20-plus. It is my job to ensure that all of my clients do!

Business Philosophy
Kathleen believes that all of her clients should like to go home, whether their home is a two-room loft, a 20-plus room mansion, or something in between. "It's my job to ensure that they do,' she says, by taking care of all the details involved in the process. "At one point or another in my life, I've been in the home buyers shoes, and I've walked the home sellers path." She sees her role to serve as an advocate, teacher and guide to her clients.
Education and Training
Kathleen attended Worthington Christian High School, and is a proud graduate of Northland High School and The Ohio State University. She was educated in real estate at the Hondros College School of Business. "My history teacher at Worthington Christian, Bill Keane, told us to "never stop learning," she says. "It was excellent advice to a high school sophomore then, and even better advice now."
Personal Background
Kathleen has a diverse background, including over a decade working in the field of community news as a reporter for Suburban News Publications, as well as free-lance for the Columbus Messenger and South Side Voice. She sees her work in the field as excellent training for her work on behalf of her clients.
She is also a small business owner as a Mary Kay consultant (marykay.com/kathleenradcliff)
