My books are open and I cannot wait to see everyone!!!!! I worked a limited schedule over the last week to get used to wearing my mask throughout the day and ease into the new normal. It's not as bad as I thought it would be. I had a lot of anxiety about returning to work but after the last week I feel really great about it! It's so great to have a sense of normalcy after being off work for two months! I feel safe, comfortable and confident about my work space. Here are the new guidelines to follow.

~Everyone is required to wear a mask upon entering the building and keep it on for the duration of your appointment. Please be sure to wear a mask that goes behind your ears and not around your head.
~Maintain social distancing while entering and exiting the building.
~Wash hands upon entering my loft.
~Please limit your personal belongings to your keys, phone and payment.
~No food or drinks at this time.
~When you arrive call to let me know. Please wait in your car until I message you to come in.

I have to be sure to have only one client in my Loft at a time and properly disinfect all surfaces after each client. Kids are also expected to wear masks so if they are unable to wear a mask during the duration of their appointment I will have to ask that they come back at a later date. If you or anyone you've been around have had a fever, cough or have traveled out of the state in the last two weeks I will have to ask you to reschedule for later date.

Don't forget I'm at Salon Lofts Clintonville at 4400 N High St. It's about a mile North of my previous salon. Folks coming from 315, you will use the Henderson Road exit instead of North Broadway. If you haven't been yet, I can't wait for you to see my new loft!l

To all of my clients, I am truly missing each and every one of you!! It doesn't look like hair salons will be opening May 1st. I have mixed feelings about this. On one hand I really want to get back in the salon and take care of you all. To comfort you and to talk about how you and all of your family are faring through the quarantine. For those of you with children, how you're coping with homeschooling and how you as parents are getting through and how your littles are doing. I miss all the conversation, all the wealth of knowledge and ideas we share and inspirations that come from our time together!
On the other hand, I care deeply about my family, all of my clients and their families and I'm thankful that we're not going to be the test round of reopening.
Just know that when this is over I will be here, ready and waiting 2 take care of you and it will be in a clean and sterilized environment! I'm here to listen and support you all. I can't wait to help make you feel your best. Hang in there! We will get through this!

I am missing you all so very much! I hope everybody is healthy and well!

My loft is officially closed. All salons were ordered closed today, I had my last day on Sunday until further notice. I am relieved and glad to be home for quarentining with my little ones. I am thinking about all of my clients and how this pandemic is affecting each and every one of you too! All appointments that I have to cancel off my books right now will be first on my list to reschedule upon reopening!

I'm enjoying extra time at home, getting creative with homeschool plans, theme days, garden planning and taking care of the projects and tasks that I don't typically have time for.
