A clove and cinnamon mouthwash is a simple, God-given way to care for your oral health. . .without the harsh chemicals.
Cloves are packed with natural antibacterial and antifungal properties, while cinnamon brings powerful antimicrobial benefits. Together, they create a refreshing rinse that helps keep your mouth clean and your breath fresh. . . .just the way nature (and God) intended!
How to make it at home:
Boil 1 cup of water, then add 1–2 tablespoons of whole cloves and 1 cinnamon stick. Let it steep for 10–20 minutes, strain, and allow it to cool. Store your mouthwash in the refrigerator and use within two weeks.
