As we step into a new year, I’m implementing a new policy to ensure I continue providing the best possible experience for EVERYONE:

With that being said… I ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following:

‼️If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will not be able to accept you… no exceptions. This helps me stay on schedule and honor/respect every client’s time.

‼️I will only have time to provide the services you book through my website… no exceptions. Please select exactly what you’d like when booking, as I want to make sure you leave completely satisfied with your experience. If you book for a basic style that is what you will get (4 barrels or 4 braids)If you are unsure what to book, please call me prior to booking, and I can walk you through it. 

I’m making these adjustments to serve you better and to maintain the quality and professionalism you’ve come to expect over the last 17 years.
