Okay 2026, so far so good 🤍

Officially one year since passed its final city test and became a storefront!
Courtnee and I created nova back in 2021 always having the intention of opening a space that reflected what type of salon experience we always wanted. We wanted to create a collaborative, intimate space where stylists feel supported and elevate the client experience.
This entire journey has taught me so much. I’d be lying if I said this wasn’t one of the hardest, most stressful things I’ve ever done. It has taught me patience, faith, strength, and resilience. There were multiple times where I wanted to give up but if you have a goal or dream, you have to show up on your hardest days and Courtnee and I have never not showed up, for each other, our business, or ourselves. We have put in so much love and energy into this space. I am so thankful for this entire journey and everyone apart of it. Especially Courtnee, my amazing business partner, who has seen me on my darkest days, pulled the weight when I couldn’t and been one of the best friend’s I could ask for.

Thank you to our girls who believe in us and see our vision. I am proud of everyone at nova for where they are and where they’re going. One year down and many more to go. Thank you to my friends, my family, and my clients for the constant support. I wouldn’t be where I am without you all. 🤍
