VOLUME Extensions

"Change is the only constant." and your salon experience will change, a little.

Changes to expect :

-MASKS. Oh how I love masks. Well not really, but if they allow us to get our do's done, then I say it's worth it! We will all need to wear masks so that we both can enjoy our services. The masks will need to secured around your ears, not the back of the head. Please bring your own, but if you don't have one, let me know. I did manage to snag some to share.

-ARRIVAL. Upon arrival, please wait in your car until I text you that the loft has been vanquished of all cooties.

-ENTERTAINMENT. Feel free to bring a book since all magazines are temporarily banished. I also have a large array of chargers if your tech needs some go-juice. Just ask.

-SOCIAL DISTANCING. Well you'll only have to share the loft with me.... unless you haven't had enough togetherness lately and choose to share your appointment with a family member.

-PAYMENT. Cash and checks are still my favorites, but Venmo is now another option. Some of you have been requesting this for awhile, so nothin' like a good pandemic to push me into the modern age. The Venmo app allows for completely contactless payment. And it is completely free for BOTH of us IF IF IF you connect it to your bank account. Credit cards are still happily accepted.

-LET's STAY HEALTHY. If your not feelin' so hot, or rather too hot, let me know and I'll happily get you rescheduled.

-SCHEDULING. Using the online scheduler remains the best way to make an appointment. So, start there. You can always text me however with the new protocols I have less availability and flexibility than before, so get'em while there hot!

Well, now that we are through the blah blahs and yada yadas we can start thinking about the fun stuff. Like what we are going to do with all that HAIR!
