Honey, I went through the archives, and LOOK how far we’ve come! 😭💜🙌🏾

The bundles! The lashes! The skincare! The beard collection! Those early vending tables! Ju’Ellz Designz has some HISTORY, and looking through these pictures has me smiling so hard.

When I started, I knew I needed to create an income. I did not know everything that building a business would require—or where this journey would take me.

But I went looking for knowledge.

I was in beauty supply stores studying labels. Asking questions. Researching. Learning about business and product development, then taking what I learned and putting it to work. Sometimes I had to make adjustments and try again. And I kept learning.

Looking back now, I can see how my faith showed up in those steps. I didn’t have the whole picture, but I trusted God enough to keep moving while I figured things out.

And today, I get to look at what I’ve built. The products. The packaging. The labels. The care and knowledge that go into what I offer. Whew! 🥹💜

This business has helped me give my children new experiences, see new places, and connect with people who now know Ju’Ellz Designz by name. People have purchased, shared, recommended, and made room for something I once was just learning how to build.

I don’t always pause long enough to celebrate myself. Today, I’m taking that moment.

I am proud of this business. I am proud of the woman growing alongside it. And if I could hug my 10-year-old self right now, I’d tell her, “Girl, we’re doing the damn thing!” 😂🙌🏾

So let this be a reminder to me and somebody else: you can start while you still have things to learn. Seek the knowledge. Apply it. Give yourself room to grow—and take pictures along the way. One day, you’ll be glad you did.
