Yesterday I spent most of this workout thinking about my cellulite… instead of how strong I felt.
Meanwhile is over here encouraging me to wear the shorts when I’m feeling unsure… and sneaky filming half my lifts because he knows I struggle with being on camera.
Then he sends me the videos later and I’m like…
Wait.
I was worried about my cellulite…
but look at how strong I look 🥹
Time to practice what I preach.
“Flaws” and all -
I chose myself.
I never gave up.
I worked hard as hell.
And I genuinely love this body 😍
If you’ve ever finished a workout and still walked away criticizing your body…
you’re not alone.
But what I want more than anything is for us women to shift that mindset from:
“Ew, that part isn’t pretty enough…”
to
“DAMN girl. Those legs are strong AF.” 👏
Strong > perfect. Every time.
Progress isn’t built in perfection.
Restart.
Reset.
Refocus.
As many times as you need.
Progress doesn’t come from perfection…
It comes from deciding not to quit.
You are your greatest project. 💜
