1. Avoid heavy styling products for a day or two. 💕 Products like dry shampoo, hairspray, gels, and thick creams can clog freshly cleansed follicles. Keeping the scalp product-free allows it to stay balanced.

2. Limit heat styling. 👱‍♀️ Try to avoid flat irons, curling irons, and high-heat blow drying for 24–48 hours. Excess heat can dry out the scalp and hair right after it has been deeply hydrated.

3. Protect your scalp from the sun. 🌞 If you’re spending time outdoors, wear a hat or use a UV-protective hair product. The scalp can be more sensitive after deep exfoliation and cleansing.
