My name is Daché, the face behind Whole & Rooted Wellness LLC . I am a graduate & an instructor at North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork & I am so excited to be starting my practice in this industry.

I specialize in sports massage, targeted bodywork, & therapeutic/deep tissue massage. I’m really most passionate about getting people out of pain.

🌿 I will always claim to be from NY, but in reality I’ve lived in Charlotte for almost 20 years now. Does that make me a native?

🌿 I’m a former preschool teacher & children have a special place in my heart

🌿 I’m a chocolate enthusiast & ice cream is my favorite dessert

🌿 I love to weight train, not because I enjoy lifting but because I enjoy that post workout feeling

🌿 I’m almost always listening to music from the 90s & early 2000s & have no regrets about it
