We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 Pandemic and are making adjustments to keep out community safe. Our Salon environment will be different but we still have the same heart!!! We ask that you support our efforts to keep everyone safe by following the restrictions set by The CDC, Arkansas State Board of Health and Cosmetology, and Eleven Oh Seven Linix HS.

Starting on 05/11/2020

All clients will be pre-screened for potential COVID-19 related symptoms before entering the salon.

Clients will be required to temperature checks upon entering the establishment.

Face Mask must be worn at all times while in the salon. If Clients do not have a mask the salon will provide one for them. All mask are new and have never been used. We have two options available. Paper(disposable) and Cloth(reusable). The mask cost will be added to the service total. Paper 4.00 Cloth 10.00-15.00

No one is allowed to accompany clients to their appointments. (for small children, or any clients needing special accommodations please speak with your stylist before your scheduled appointment)

There will not be a waiting area available inside of the salon.

We ask that if you have to wait to please wait in your car or the designated waiting area outside. You will be notified when it is your turn to enter the salon.

Everyone entering the salon will be required to provide updated contact info: Name, Address, Email, and Phone number. This will ensure that we our doing our part to keep accurate records to help with community spread. (When updating this info each client certifies that their information is correct and accurate to the best of their knowledge) These documents can be requested by the CDC or Arkansas State Board of Health and Cosmetology at any time. It is imperative that clients provide accurate contact information.

Anyone not following these guidelines will not be allowed to enter the salon. They will no longer be allowed to receive services from Eleven Oh Seven Linix HS.

Please read the bottom of this email. All other policies are still in place and will be enforced.

Our business is growing and spots are filling more quickly. We want to ensure that our schedule is accurate when you want to book.
When a client cancels or fails to show up for his/her appointment, we can't offer that time to someone else. That is unfair to other clients. To fix this issue, all appointments booked after today's date that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start time will be subject to a 0% Fee and No-Shows a 100% Fee. Any appointments cancelled the day of their scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% Fee.

Cancellation and No-Show fees are a percentage of the total service cost. Any fees resulting from this policy must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

Appointments more than 15 minutes late will now incur a $25.00 Late Fee. If there are other appointments at the time of arrival, we will try our best to accommodate. If time no longer permits, we will be happy to reschedule.

If appointments are rescheduled more than 3 times in a calendar month there will be a $15.00 Rescheduling Fee. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

We will not use any outside hair chemicals brought in by a client. We can not assure the safety and efficacy of these products. We will not be responsible for these products and the results. Any chemicals (perms, relaxers, colors, straightening systems, etc.) used in the salon will only be products purchased by the salon. They are brands that we know and trust.

All weaving and extension services require a $50.00 deposit that goes toward the total service cost. All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid 3 days in advance to book an appointment.

We now offer After Hour Appointments. Any appointments scheduled at or after 6pm Tue-Fri and 4pm on Saturdays will incur a $20.00 After Hour Fee. 8pm will be the latest that we offer appointments Tue-Fri and 6pm on Saturdays. We will not book any appointments after those times.

Tue-Fri: 9am-6pm
After hours: 6pm-8pm
Sat: 8am-4pm
After hours: 4pm-6pm
*After Hour Appointment times may vary. See your stylist for their availability. Every stylist may not offer After Hour Appointments.

These policies will be enforced to better serve you. Thanks for your understanding and continued support! We look forward to seeing you soon.

Due to the recent events we are asking all clients that are under the weather or sick to please stay home. Our goal is to do our part to protect our clients and staff. If you are sick and need to reschedule or cancel this week you will not be charged a fee. Please contact your stylist and they will schedule you accordingly.

Please note that if you come in the salon sick we will ask you to leave.
