This is hard for me to post… I think most of you know I don’t love being vulnerable online.
But the truth is, some days the only reason I get out of bed is because I know you are counting on me.
And a lot of the time, you don’t even realize how much you help me too.
There are days I walk into the studio carrying things I don’t talk about. Heavy mornings, heavy weeks… sometimes even longer than that. Moments where I’m sitting in my car trying to pull myself together, telling myself the exact thing this audio says (except my faith system is the Universe) before I walk in and show up for everyone else.
But then I get behind the chair, and it’s like this little reset I can’t explain. The conversations, the trust, the laughs, the “I feel so much better” at the end of it all… it slowly puts me back together in ways you’ll never really know.
I think people forget hairstylists are human too. We have lives outside of the salon. We go through heartbreak, stress, anxiety, loss, exhaustion, all of it.
But being able to show up and create a space where someone else feels seen, cared for, and confident… it means more to me than I can even put into words.
So just… thank you. For trusting me, for showing up, for letting me be part of your lives. You all give me more purpose than you probably realize.

Heyooo!
If you’ve been in my chair the last couple of weeks you know I’ve been stressed to the max LOL
I’m taking today and tomorrow (may 18-19th) to unplug and unwind. I got myself a room in a hotel that has a hottub, and I have a book in the queue on my kindle and I’m going shut my phone off and do absolutely nothing other than the above for approximately 18 hours starting today at 3pm 🤭 I will respond to everything on tomorrow afternoon. Thank youuu 💕
