Waxing VS shaving… and an anatomy lesson 👩‍⚕️🫀📕

Waxing removes the hair from the root- the blood supply.
What allows for your hair to grow.

Over time, this repeated removal causes damage to the follicle’s ability to regenerate.

The blood supply is lessened, the follicle weakens, and in turn the hair begins to return slower, finer, and softer.

Shaving works only at the surface of the skin.

The hair is cut above the skin while the root and follicle remain untouched and fully nourished.

Hair continues to grow back quickly, with a bluntly cut edge that feels rough within a day or two usually.
