There could be several reasons why your eyebrows are not growing back and unfortunately theres no real hair growth solution that will make it come back however, with semi permanent makeup, we can mimic hair strokes so that it looks like you actually have hair! Keep in mind the day of the service and through out the first week they will appear dark but will lighten gradually.
