Yoga helped me develop real body awareness—not just moving, but understanding what I feel and why it matters.
This weekend’s shoulder assessment class with Nate Novgrod of Waynesville Wellness was a great reminder of how important the details are. It deepened my understanding of how the shoulder functions and how we can better support it.

This is Vegas! Well, not exactly. This is Red Rock and it’s really close to Vegas. Some people think Vegas has only crazy lights, drinking and madness. For me I only remember great friends, lots of yoga, and starting my massage career. I’m so excited to go back next month and teach and catch up with old friends!
