Last nights life group was much needed. 🫶🏻

If you’ve ever wanted to try a hyrox workout, come with us to visit our friends Body of Christ - Faith & Fitness for a morning of full of work and worship!

It will be beginner friendly & if you’re scared to go alone, this is your sign to rsvp and come meet new friends!
