Thinking of getting your first bikini wax? Here’s what you need to know about hair growth and why one wax won’t always give you that flawless finish right away. 👙💫

💡 The Hair Growth Cycle 101
Your hair grows in three stages, and not all hairs grow at the same time. So when you come in for your first wax, only the visible hairs get removed — others are still under the skin waiting to surface.

🗓️ What This Means for You:
• After your first wax, some hairs may pop up again within a week or two — that’s normal! They weren’t ready to be waxed the first time.
• Consistency is key: With regular waxing every 4–5 weeks, your hair will start to grow more evenly (and finer ✨).
• Stick with it! After 2–3 consistent waxes, you’ll see much smoother, longer-lasting results. 💃

🔥 Pro Tips for First Timers:
• Exfoliate gently a few days before your appointment (not the day of!).
• Let your hair grow to about 1/4 inch (think a grain of rice or longer) for the best results.
• Don’t shave in between appointments – it resets the cycle!
• Redness after waxing ? Completely normal and usually subsides within 24 hrs
