For nearly 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for women through skincare, wellness, touch, conversation, and creating a safe space where people could simply exhale.

What I didn’t fully realize at the beginning was that many women weren’t just coming to me for facials or treatments. They were opening their hearts. Sharing their marriages, heartbreak, anxiety, grief, stress, trauma, self-doubt, and the silent emotional pain they were carrying behind closed doors.

Over time, I realized one of the greatest gifts to come from my own healing journey was discernment and pattern recognition — the ability to recognize emotionally unhealthy dynamics clearly and help others reconnect to themselves again.

That journey eventually led me into support group leadership, trauma-informed coaching, advocacy work, and writing my transformational memoir about healing, resilience, identity, and reclaiming yourself after emotionally destructive relationships.

Beauty, healing, emotional wellness, and self-worth have always been connected for me. They still are.

This next chapter isn’t leaving skincare behind.
It’s expanding the deeper purpose that was always there. 🤍
