Good afternoon, I hope everyone faired well with Tropical Storm Arthur. I see there was quite a bit of flooding around Folsom and more flooding to come in Robert. I pray for those affected. Hair Jive will reopen tomorrow. I still have a few openings for haircuts remaining for Saturday. Y’all stay safe and dry!

Oh my goodness! This week is almost booked 😱. Such a blessing to be so busy. Thank y’all as always. So, let’s get to it! Remaining openings for the week.

Thursday: 5:15 for 2 kids’ cuts, a men’s cut, or a woman’s shampoo, cut, blow-dry. I’ll also fit in an express root touch-up or root touch-up style. All these services would have to booked with me directly because it will bring me to after closing.

Saturday: 2pm-4:30pm is wide open.

I’ll post cancellations and additional openings as they become available.

Happy Sunday! I hope all of you get to enjoy a much needed long weekend now that we have made it through another school year 🥳 Congrats to all the 2026 graduates!

The summer months are typically a bit slower as most of the kids won’t need haircuts again until the new school year begins in August so I’ve adjusted the schedule by extending Saturday’s hours (the busiest day) and limiting Wednesdays (my slowest day). The summer schedule is as follows.

Tuesday 9-6
Wednesday *can only be scheduled with me directly
Thursday 9-6
Friday 9-6
Saturday 9-5

There are lots of openings next week with even a couple still available on Saturday. Feel free to message with any questions about scheduling.
