Salon Allure Christmas lunch today (Christmas party in February is what happens when you're a hairdresser).

Tip of the Day: Teens tend to over-straighten their hair, even to the point of snapping the hair off, which can lead to a tough time styling your hair in the future. The easiest way to keep the hair protected while straightening is to use a product designed for heat styling like Kenra Hot Spray or L'Anza Thermal Defense.
Tip of the Day: If you wake up puffy, run an ice cube around your face on your way out the door! Cold has a contracting, toning effect, which is why it's also a good idea to keep your eye cream in the fridge.
Tip of the Day: Baggy knees? The skin around the knees - frequently exposed on the tennis or gold course - is especially vulnerable to SAGGING! Stengthen the quadricep muscles above the knees to make the skin look more taut. Knee bends, squats, or the table position in yoga, two or three times a week, will help tighten up and tone your knees. Then don't forget the suncreen!
