Bunny lines are the diagonal or horizontal wrinkles that form on the sides of the nose when you scrunch, smile, or laugh. For a lot of people they start as an expression line and gradually become visible at rest, which is when they start to bother people most.

Here’s something worth knowing: bunny lines often become more noticeable after someone starts getting glabella or forehead tox. When those muscles are relaxed, the nose scrunch muscle(nasalis) compensates and suddenly bunny lines that were barely visible become more prominent. It’s incredibly common and completely addressable with a few precise units placed by someone who knows what they’re doing.

The lip flip gets talked about a lot, but there’s a lot of confusion about what it actually does and who it’s actually for. Let’s clear that up. 💉

This is the next installment of our Who’s A Good Candidate series, where we’re breaking down exactly who benefits from specific treatments and who should be having a different conversation entirely.

The lip flip uses a small amount of tox placed just above the upper lip to relax the orbicularis oris muscle causing the lip to roll slightly outward and upward. The result is more visible upper lip, a subtle softening of a gummy smile, and a natural curl that shows up when you talk and smile. No filler. No volume. No needle in the lip itself.

It’s a great option if your upper lip disappears when you smile, if you’re curious about lip treatment but not ready for filler, or if you want to complement your existing tox results. It is not the right choice if you want significantly fuller lips that’s a filler conversation, or if you have very thin lips to start, since there needs to be enough lip present for the flip to show up meaningfully.
