Meet Wendy — our fantastic esthetician & the face behind Pink Lotus Wax and Skin Bar ✨🌸

“My passion for the beauty industry started when I was young, and with almost 27 years in the industry, I specialize in waxing and skincare — with Brazilians being one of my most sought-after services.

After graduating from Von Lee International School of Aesthetics, I began my career at a large day spa where I gained tremendous knowledge and developed a strong work ethic. After 7 years there, I wanted to further expand my skills, which led me to working alongside a plastic surgeon in a medical spa setting. The experience and education I gained there pushed me even further and inspired me to continue growing within the industry.

Eventually, I decided to become my own boss and opened a small waxing and skincare boutique before later venturing out completely on my own to create Pink Lotus Wax and Skin Bar in 2016. In spring of 2017, I was honored to be voted ‘Best Waxing’ by my clients in What’s Up West County Magazine. 💛

Being in this industry has truly been one of the greatest pleasures of my life. My clients become more than clients — they become friends and family — and I’m so grateful for all of the amazing people I’ve met along the way. I look forward to many more years of making people feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.” ✨

I’m Thea — owner + stylist behind Honeycomb Hair Collective 🐝

I’ve been behind the chair for 17 years specializing in lived-in color, extensions, bridal styling, and creating hair that makes you feel like your best self. My goal has always been to create a space where clients feel relaxed, confident, taken care of, and maybe leave laughing a little too. 💛

When I’m not in the salon or working weddings, you can usually find me at a concert, checking out a fun local event, spending time with friends and family, traveling with my boyfriend, or recharging at home with our two Pomeranians after a busy week behind the chair.

I’m so grateful for every client who trusts me with their hair and lets me be part of their big moments — from everyday refreshes to wedding mornings. ✨
