I’m so grateful for how busy the studio has been lately! To keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone gets the time they need for their treatments, I’m making a small change to my booking process.
Moving forward, I’ll be requiring a credit card on file when you book your appointment. If you ever need to cancel, please just reach out with at least 24 hours' notice. If something comes up inside that 24-hour window, there is a $50 cancellation fee—but don’t worry, you can easily reschedule your visit instead to avoid that fee entirely!

While I’ve had this policy in place for awhile, I’ve been very lenient initially enforcing it. However, as I’ve grown, it’s becoming a necessary requirement.
