after 6 hours, 2 other clients during processes, and a whole lot of patience… i realized i hadn’t sat down, used the bathroom or ate a single thing BUT she’s literally a whole new person. Thank you for spending the day with me and trusting the process❤️

As it is the busiest time of year for hairstylist, I just want to remind you of the cancellation/no show policy. I understand life happens, but unless it’s an emergency, cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee and your next appointment will not be booked until the fee is paid. It is the same as when you no show your doctors appointment, you are charged a fee. Except, they are still getting paid hourly. A hairstylist on the other hand, is left with a huge gap with zero income because we weren’t able to fill that spot quickly enough and we don’t get paid to just be there. Late arrivals do not involve a fee but I have the right to shorten your appointment in order to keep the next clients arrival time. Clients arriving 15 mins or more later may be asked to reschedule. Please be respectful of our time as this is how I make my living, pay my bills and support my child. Thank you for understanding❤️
