If you’re looking for a sandwich that’s a step above the ordinary, this one delivers BIG flavor. We seasoned a full-cut tri-tip with LSG Texas Fusion, grilled it over live fire on the Lone Star Grillz Santa Maria Grill, then sliced it thin and piled it high on toasted ciabatta rolls with melted provolone, charred pepper aioli, red onion, and fresh parsley.

Recipe
Tri-Tip
• 1 full-cut tri-tip roast (2.5-3 lbs)
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• LSG Texas Fusion Seasoning
Charred Pepper Aioli
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 whole garlic bulb
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp LSG Texas Fusion
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
Sandwiches
• 6 ciabatta rolls
• 6 slices provolone cheese
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• Fresh parsley, chopped
Quick Directions
✔️ Season tri-tip with Worcestershire, olive oil, and Texas Fusion
✔️ Char red pepper and roast garlic over live fire
✔️ Blend aioli ingredients until smooth
✔️ Cook tri-tip indirect to 115-120°F, then sear
✔️ Finish at 128-132°F internal
✔️ Rest, slice thin against the grain
✔️ Build sandwiches and enjoy
