My grandma always told me never laugh at people down on their luck because you never know who can save you in an emergency. Every 1 was ignoring him. I told him as far as the money that’s your business what you do with it but God told me to make sure you’re straight for today. Plus his name is Herbert like my dad.

Today I turn 45 and I decided to share my story. I asked permission from my kids and they said yes it’s ok. 45 is significant to me because 1 of my cardiologist’s was very rude to me and told me i would be dead or severely disabled by 45. Never count someone out. I’m still here and he just passed away a few months ago. I do not take pleasure in anyone’s downfall but I’m sharing that so you know to never talk down to someone or steal their joy. Too many people suffer in silence and people are bad about keeping secrets. Secrets keep you sick. For my birthday gift I want you to pay it forward. Reach out to someone you know is struggling and do something nice for them. If you don't have money you can give your time. You can help them clean their house, cut their grass, or cook them a meal. You never know what people are going through.

I had the pleasure of going to career day at Albright Middle School today. I think I was more excited than the kids. I showed them how to make liquid hair gel and oh boy did I have their attention then. They started asking me all types of questions. I’m so glad I was invited because I love doing outreach with the youth. www.drstacies.com
