Our Thursday sunrise class will proceed by appointment, so reach out any time you're interested in attending it!

Thursday sunrise classes will resume when the temperature those mornings is above 30°

Due to the popularity of the 12:15 class, we will be changing the sunrise class to just on Thursday mornings, with the 12:15 class meeting Mondays and Thursdays

Now that daylight savings time is over, the sunrise class will move back to 7 AM (which is a little after sunrise, but that's when the park opens).

Morning class will begin at 7:10, instead of 7, for the next couple weeks.

We're now in a period when 7am is getting darker, until daylight savings time ends.

As such, we'll adjust the start time of the early class back a little in two weeks. Still 7am this week and next week!

It's also getting colder for that early class! This is a very healthy time of year to attend class, but don't make yourself attend cold! 🥶 I add some long underwear under my workout pants and wear a sweatshirt, and am very comfortable.

Classes will start at 7:05 am this month, as we enjoy the sunrise creeping earlier.

Take care of your kidney Ki this month! The winter is a time to be mindful of our deepest Um nature. Be the seed beneath the winter snow, and strengthen yourself from the inside out.

Class will continue to start at 7:15 through Wednesday, January 27th, as we watch that first light of day creep earlier.

We'll be continuing to start class at 7:15am for the next two weeks, as the sunrise starts to creep earlier.
