Honestly, probably the best part of my job. People get embarrassed and I'm just like "It's normal, don't worry about". For most people a massage session is nap time and I'm just happy to help them relax and release stress.

Hey everyone, I have a few stretches you can do in between massage sessions at home or at work. The neck and upper back are the most common areas where stress is held. Plus the use of cell phones and computers adds more stress to these areas. Health is wealth.
