Just left the gym? Rushing in from work or another appointment? No worries — I keep fresh towelettes on deck so you can freshen up before your wax. Life gets hectic, and there’s zero room for shame, stress, or judgment. I’ve seen it all, so there’s no need to feel embarrassed. You’re in good hands — professional and smooth vibes only.

At Le Cera Boutique we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we have the following policies in place effective April 1, 2025.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee or the loss of a deposit.

No-Show Policy

A “No-Show” is when a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid delays for other clients.
