We kindly ask our customers No matter what kind of appointment you are making, keep in mind that time has become a precious commodity - both yours and the person you’re making the appointment with. Don’t intentionally treat others' time with disrespect. Nail technicians like us nearly all depend on our appointments to make a living, and when you don’t show up, it’s likely we don’t get paid. Some salons even charge you 50% or full price if you don’t show up or cancel your appointments last minute. We understand if you have over scheduled yourself and can let us know as soon as you see you aren’t going to make it. The earlier the better, because there’s a chance that we can fill the vacancy with other customers on a waiting list for your spot that we've reserved for you.
