As 2025 comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

Your continued support of Cleerlife, every purchase, message, share, and kind word truly means more to me than you know. This past year has been one of growth and change, both personally and for the Cleerlife brand, and I’m so grateful to have you along for the journey.

In 2025, I followed a long-held passion and became a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, and then took that commitment one step further by earning my NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach) credential — the only nationally recognized certification in health coaching. This journey felt like a natural evolution of everything Cleerlife has always stood for: caring for the whole person, from the products we use to the way we nourish, move, and support ourselves.

This led to the growth of CleerCoaching, where I work one-on-one with women who are looking to feel more balanced, energized, and supported in their everyday lives through realistic lifestyle changes, stress management, and sustainable wellness practices. Cleerlife and CleerCoaching are deeply aligned, both rooted in the belief that small, intentional choices can create meaningful, lasting change.

As we look ahead to 2026, I’m excited to continue this journey toward complete wellness. Mind, body, and lifestyle -and to keep growing, learning, and serving this incredible community.

Getting personal here. I usually pride myself on being able to let go of stress or at least recognize it and move through it pretty easily. But this week? That was definitely not the case!! 💔 My two beloved puppies, who have lived together for years and love each other, suddenly had a REAL fight. It was horrific. Both needed stitches, and while they’ll be okay (and so will I), it shook me to my core.

For the first time in a long time, I felt that deep, lingering stress- the kind you can’t just shake off with a deep breath. And the truth is, none of us are immune to stress. We all carry it differently, and sometimes it hits harder than expected.

If you’ve been feeling it too, you’re not alone. Here are 3 easy ways to help your nervous system find calm again:

🍃Breathe it out
Try a 4-7-8 breath: inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Repeat a few times. It signals safety to your body.
🍃Get outside
A quick walk, feeling the sun on your face, or simply touching a tree can help shift your energy fast.
🍃Shake it off
Literally. Put on a song, move your body, dance, stretch, or even shake out your hands. It tells your body it can release what it’s holding.

Stress is real. But so is your ability to find balance again.

🌍✨ Did you know the European Union has once again stepped up as a leader in clean beauty?

As of Sept 1, the EU banned TPO (trimethylbenzoyl diphenylphosphine oxide), a common ingredient in gel nail polish that helps it harden under UV light. While U.S. regulators still allow it, the EU often takes a more proactive approach, choosing to ban ingredients that may pose even a theoretical risk.

💅 Gel polish is loved for its long-lasting shine, but if you’re looking for a safer swap, you don’t have to give it up! Some of my favorite cleaner brands are:

✨ Sundays
✨ BKind

These offer gorgeous, safer shades without the questionable ingredients.

Let’s keep pushing for safer beauty standards here in the U.S. too. In the meantime, knowledge is power and every swap makes a difference.
