1. Co wash AND detangle every two weeks! No exceptions. Do not allow your hair to get dry and brittle and then you can’t come through it and starts to break. Our hair grows just fine. Our problem is retention. MOISTURE AND LAZY! Stop IT, if you have goals!

2. stop manipulating it every day. Keep your hands out of your head! two French braids or four quadrants. And put a head wrap on! 

3. After washing use a cream to hydrate, use some sort of grease, yes grease to seal in the moisture. And don’t hesitate to put a loser oil on your hair during the week.

4. Oil and scratch your scalp. During the week. Right while it’s in the braids. The scratching stimulates.

5. Lean in real close... WRAP YO HEAD EVERY NIGHT! That friction and dry rubbing on the back of your head will snap those dry strands as quick as you grow them! 

6. A little extra tip, I wash my hair in my braids sometimes. My goal is to rinse extra water based product, rehydrate and to scratch my scalp. Once I rinse my hair with the warm water for about 10 to 15 minutes, I will undo one braid at a time and thoroughly brush through each section from the salp to the root. Thoroughly! It’s so much easier to do it like this with four type of year. Because I hear has a sn**ch back! 😂 HEALTHY SN**CH & COILS!
