“Alright y’all, as embarrassing as this is, here it is:

I started day 1 on these supplements on March 3rd. I will never forget it because it was the day of my company picnic & a friend said to me “wow, you’re not drinking?” 😂 I said “I started on this new program & I gotta be good for at least the first few days! So no drinking for me today...”
