Some days you feel little, some days you feel sad, some you feel scared and some you feel numb. Sometimes they’re overpowering to where you can’t even get out of bed, and some are just lingering around in your head. Mental illness comes in all forms, and can harm many people. It is important that we all learn and know how to take care of our mental health. Even starting off by being outside for ten minutes a day, taking a quick walk, drinking some tea and reading a book. There’s so many ways we can develop ourselves and beat what’s inside us. We just have to start slow, we have to understand , and we have to know. No matter who reads this, no matter what’s going on, I know you are strong enough. You are brave enough to get through those dark days. Your light will guide you through, focus on that light and learn to love yourself. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, don’t be afraid to tell someone. A close friend, a parent, a doctor, even a teacher. You will have open arms all around you. You’ve got this, I believe in you.❤️
