Last night was a great reminder that some of the best learning happens around the table. š
Grateful to spend the evening with the incredible teams from SkinSpirit Presidio Heights and Noe Valley, learning from , Medical Science Liaison with Allergan Aesthetics, as she shared the science behind TrenibontE. The presentation sparked thoughtful conversations, great questions, and meaningful discussions about the future of aesthetic medicine. š§¬š¬
Iām continually inspired by the passion, curiosity, and commitment to excellence that our providers and operations teams bring every day. Collaboration like this is what drives us to keep learning and ultimately provide the best possible care for our patients.
Thank you, Krystal, , and the entire team for such an enjoyable and educational evening.
Happy Pride Month, San Francisco! š
As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Pride has always been a meaningful time to celebrate authenticity, self-expression, and the incredible diversity that makes our city so special.
With Pride weekend just around the corner, thereās still time for a few confidence-boosting treatments if youāve been thinking about refreshing your skin before the festivities. Some of my favorite options this time of year include SkinVive for hydration and glow, Microneedling with PDRN to improve skin quality, gentle Laser Facials, and treatments that help you look refreshed and well-rested.
Whether youāre celebrating Pride, supporting someone you love, or simply enjoying the energy of San Francisco, I hope this month reminds you to embrace exactly who you are.
Thinking about a pre-Pride refresh? Feel free to send me a message, Iād be happy to help you determine what might be right for your goals.
Happy Pride Month! š

We need to stop calling aesthetic medicine ācosmetic.ā š
Because when something is labeled cosmetic⦠itās often not held to the same standard as medicine.
And thatās where the risk begins.
This is one of the fastest-growing areas in healthcare but growth without standardization creates variability in training, outcomes, and ultimately⦠patient safety.
This isnāt just about aesthetics. š
This is about medicine. šØš»āāļø
As Director of Provider Training at SkinSpirit, my focus is building structured, evidence-based training that ensures providers are practicing safely, consistently, and at a high level.
If you want to better understand what this means for you as a patient, I expanded on this in a recent article.

A full week of immersive onboarding with an exceptional team and it shows. š
At , itās not just about treatments. Itās about precision, education, and delivering a truly elevated patient experience. From hands-on training to clinical depth, every detail is intentional and aligned with one goal: better outcomes.
Grateful to be surrounded by a team that values both science and artistry at the highest level.āØ
Excited to now be back in San Francisco, seeing patients at Presidio Heights and being part of the leadership team to continue to build, refine, and elevate.
This is just the beginning!
Presented my DNP project at the Western Institute of Nursing Conference in San Francisco. š
Surrounded by strong, evidence-based work across nursing from BSN to PhD level one thing became very clear: aesthetic medicine is still underrepresented in academic and standardized training spaces. š
I was the only one presenting in this area!
Not because the field isnāt growing but because we havenāt fully integrated into these conversations yet.
If we want aesthetic medicine to be recognized as a true medical specialty, we have to show up, contribute to the data, and help define what evidence-based training should look like.
Thatās the work!
San Francisco, esto es personal. š

Grateful to have attended the 40 Under 40 event by and even more inspired walking away from it. š
What stood out most wasnāt just the recognition⦠it was the impact.
Leaders across science, business, sports, healthcare and yes, even skincare all contributing to something bigger than themselves.
A reminder that when passion meets purpose, real change happens.
As I step into this next chapter with here in San Francisco, Iām not just excited to be back Iām committed to helping elevate the standard of care, education, and outcomes in our space. šØš»āāļø
Because being part of a city on the rise means showing up with intention⦠and leading forward.
San Francisco, this one is personal. š
This is the city where my journey truly began when I was a student at San Francisco State University, navigating life as an immigrant and learning, day by day, what was possible through education, hard work, and resilience.
Now, years later, Iām incredibly proud to return in a new role as Director of Provider Training
This next chapter means a lot to me.
Itās about continuing to grow as a clinician and educator while helping elevate the standard of care in aesthetic medicine through a strong focus on safety, education, and natural, balanced results.
And Iām excited to now be seeing patients here in San Francisco at our Presidio Heights location.
If youāve been thinking about starting your aesthetic journey, Iād be honored to guide you through it. š

Still processing this weekendā¦
My first time at The Medical Spa Show was everything I hoped for and more. From the conversations to the connections, it was a reminder of how much intention and responsibility we carry in this field.
What stood out most wasnāt just the education it was the people. The support, the openness, and the willingness to share and grow together. That kind of energy is what moves our industry forward.
Grateful to be surrounded by a community that leads with purpose and excited for whatās ahead as I step into this next chapter. š
