I wanted to share some great information regarding TOXINS, from one of the many educational podcasts I listen to:

“Do what you can to decrease the amount of toxins entering your body”

This topic deserves to be a podcast episode of its own as there are many ways toxins get into our body.

For example, some toxic chemicals enter our body via our foods and drinks.

Others enter in via the soaps, detergents, colognes/perfumes, hair sprays/gels, makeup and lotions that we use... not to mention the chemicals that we breathe in.

The bottom line is this:

There are a lot of toxic chemicals entering our bodies on a daily basis.

This MUST be addressed if we hope to be healthy.

As I previously mentioned, this topic deserves to be its own episode (and it will be).

For now, I simply encourage you to start paying attention to the foods you are eating and the beverages you are drinking.

If the foods aren’t organic, and if the beverages aren't water, there’s a good chance they are adding to the toxic load of your body.

Anything you can do to improve upon that will be helpful.
