C l e a n E a t s.

Greek vanilla yogurt (zero) , French vanilla granola , organic blueberries and strawberries , raw honey drizzle.

Perfect snack in between meals or when craving something sweet.

Trying my best to stay away from bread and pasta (my weakness 😩) so here’s how I’m having my tuna …

Take 1 cucumber cut it in half, then cut into 4. Take a spoon and gut the center of the cucumber and fill it with your tuna or chicken salad. I sprinkled oregano and hot seeded peppers on top for more of a kick ! And I lovedddd it !

Watermelon series STILL in motion ! Last night I juiced watermelon , strawberries, blueberries and ginger for this berry watermelon twist and it was not bad !! Next time I will use half container of blueberries because it made the juice have a thicker consistency than normal but still good !! Try it and tell me what you think

Happy Monday … stay hydrated. Eat your fruits/veggies and JUICE !! 🫶🏾
