I made these a few nights ago they were pretty darn good.
🍕🧀 Pizza Chips – A Crispy, Cheesy Snack! 😍
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
¼ cup mini turkey pepperoni slices
Pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Make the Cheese Mixture
In a bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.
Step 3: Form and Bake the Chips
Spoon small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Gently flatten each mound and top with mini turkey pepperoni slices.
Step 4: Bake to Perfection
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is crispy and golden brown. Allow the chips to cool slightly so they firm up.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
Serve your crispy, cheesy Pizza Chips with warm pizza sauce for dipping. Perfect for game nights, parties, or whenever that pizza craving hits!

One week ago I had my first two weight loss coaching clients. I have led them through the first week that I myself did several years ago. I have written about my journey for a few years now. I have told exactly how I did it for free. But then the interested people said they couldn’t do it. Just could not give up xyz…or that they did what I said but did not lose anything.
I don’t know if they did or didn’t. So now I am doing it as a coaching program. It is not free. I would like to offer a group plan that would be more affordable but otherwise it is $75 per coaching session. That is very reasonable as it takes quite a bit of my time. I work with people who are ready to give up all sugar products and starches. This diet really involves eating a lot of food. The right food at the right time. I ask that clients send me pictures of everything they eat each day. That accountability seems to work well. The time it takes limits the number of people I can work with. In time I am sure the price will increase. But for now this is how it is.
So we are one week in. Pounds have been lost. I think it is safe to say Mindsets have been changed. The feedback has been very rewarding . This is a 10 week course and can be continued from there is needed.
