SPOTS ARE LIMITED, LADIES, SO BOOK NOW!🥳🍂🍑

I’ll be celebrating by sitting outside with my dogs, not ruminating over lists of things I need to get done 🥂.

Anyway, life can’t drag you by the bush if you ain’t got one.

I have availability this week:

You might not understand why I do that, I may have (jokingly) threatened not to do that a time or two, and it’s even better when my hands are cold. Yall know I love to explain stuff so, gather around.

Applying pressure after I pull the strip activates something called mechanoreceptors. This sends a signal to your brain that basically says “jk that doesn’t hurt” and while it is lowkey lying, it does soothe the nerve endings and, in that moment, we’ll take whatever we can get. The pressure also restricts localized blood flow, we like that because it minimizes redness, calms irritated skin and prevents bruising (bruising can still happen other ways, fyi).

During your wax if you feel like you want more or less pressure, please tell me! If you ever want to know why I do something I’d be more than happy to explain it.

💛

Bodywork by Desiree probably worked out knots my shoulders have held for the last 44 years. She was not afraid of pressure 🙌🏻🙏🏻

No one has ever gotten my shoulders to feel not stiff, holy crap. I could talk for 5 paragraphs about the MULTIPLE GOES at my shoulders. WOW. Just friggin wow.
Honorable mentions: a foot massage AND a scalp massage that ended with my hair being kinda played with. Friggin incredible. There were hot towel moments and hot stone moments 🤤. The BEST massage I’ve ever gotten.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What I booked: 60 minutes full body massage with a focus on my shoulders and thighs (they were still sore from Monday).

Bonus track: Ronald the Porch Cat waiting for me.

Of course I already have mine booked 🤩

Guess how long this client ghosted me. Well, not ghosted but she didn’t come hang out with me for a while that’s for sure! Whoever guesses correctly first, you can have 20% off your wax.
✨ congratulations Lexi Chabaud! You were the first one to guess correctly! ✨

Also tell her congratulations. Not just for coming back to me but she has a huge day coming up! She is so deserving of the celebration. From day 1 she has been so sweet and filled with anxiety that I’ll be mad at her for something (I’m never mad at yall unless you no show me, then yeah).

Yall, I’m old. I don’t know how to do content but I promised myself I’d try harder lol. If you hate what I post, lmk! If you want to make a TikTok with me, LMK! I have drafts upon drafts and a fear of being perceived.

🌼For punishment for staying gone so long I did give her child candy at 8:30 in the morning.
