Happy Pride y’all. If you are celebrating Pride and the rain has kept you away from the piedmont park celebration, we’d like to invite you to relax in our sauna, a place where all people are always welcome. We have a free sauna pass for you. Just come tell the front desk “I’m celebrating Pride” and we will get you set up. ❤️💛💙🧡💚💜 🩷🩵🤎🖤

Stay warm all throughout fall! 🔥

Now through October 18, you can get 60 days of unlimited sauna + cold plunge for $99.

It activates on your first visit. Start this month, and you can relax your way well into the holiday season! ✨ This off is available to anyone who’s not already a monthly sauna + cold plunge member.

As the end of the year quickly approaches, spend a little time slowing down. You’ll be glad you did.
