Have you been feeling a little bit off?
You’re not going crazy, it’s retrograde season!!

In fact, it’s not just mercury in retrograde right now…it’s also Venus, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune!
{along with the asteroid Chiron}😵‍💫

Oh and don’t forget we just had a super powerful full moon! 🌕

You may be feeling emotional, mentally or physically exhausted, easily triggered, physical pain, muscle tension, or brain fog. Old traumas or wounds may resurface for revisiting. Yes, the ones you thought you healed years ago now show you another layer of depth. Miscommunications, sleep disturbances, delays, technology glitches are also common during this time. 🥴

🙌🏻The good news is retrograde will be ending in a few weeks, November 13th to be exact. Until then, remember to slow down, rest, drink extra water, get out in nature. Take the time to breathe and reflect before responding. Read those texts and emails twice before sending.

‼️For the love of all things holy, do NOT respond to that text from an ex or ex-friend who resurfaced out of the blue.

If you’re still needing extra support, book a self care session like Reiki or Reflexology to give your nervous system a chance to reset. 🫶🏻

ISO‼️

I’m currently searching for a space to rent a few times a month to host Women’s Circles, Drum Circles & other events in Decorah, Harmony or surrounding areas. It must have space for up to 20+ people, parking, and have access to a restroom.

The summer women’s circles co-hosted with Sarah at Gift It Forward Farm were such a success that we’d like to find an indoor space for winter to keep the healing momentum going. 🌀

DM me if you know of anything available or if you’d like to get on our waitlist for future events & workshops.

Thanks in advance!
