✨ALL of our foil services include a gloss, no need to look for that in add-ons.
✨The blowdry/haircut add-ons are there because everyone likes their hair finished differently, and including a blowdry into every service isn’t customizable for a lot of clients. We will ALWAYS make sure you can see your color before you leave regardless of the finish you select.
*When booking with Neli, blowdry/finishing services are already included due to her shifting to a one-on-one/no double-booking practice. Haircuts and treatments still need to be added on with her if desired*
✨Our cancellation policy is there to protect everyone. With us being so busy, a no-show/late cancellation takes from the livelihood of our team and takes a space from a client who would have loved to fill it with enough notice. Please be courteous.
✨We will always work within your budget! If you see our pricing and need things to be a little more customized to work within a set budget, reach out to us so we can discuss alternative services that can discuss how to get you your desired result for your appointment.
✨Our loyalty and referral program is live! This means every dollar you spend now goes towards earning points/dollars towards your next services. You’ll automatically be enrolled when you come in for your appointment, nothing needed on your part! Referral codes from friends should be added into the checkout option so that you can receive the referral gift. If you don’t have a code but were referred by a friend, reach out to us!

When you love your coworkers so much that you hang out together on days off!
As a salon owner, it’s of course super important to have boundaries so that you can lead the team, but what I tell everyone is that I was a stylist first.
Me and half of this team knew and worked together for years before I bought the salon, and that level of friendship and trust needs room to flourish even when boundaries shift. I think it’s part of why our culture is so amazing- there’s no pettiness, no gossiping, no fear of speaking about things that are or are not working. That tells me that I’ve cultivated a space where we can trust and have fun with each other while still respecting our individual roles when we get back to work.
We’ve been closed for the last week, and I wish I could have gotten more clips of us all together, but here’s a slice of what we got up to while on our break!
We’re back at the salon as of tomorrow and I’m SO beyond excited to show you all the transformation that the salon underwent. We feel so refreshed and ready to give you our best 🫶🏻 I hope you all had an amazing 4th of July weekend, our new booking is live in our bio and the salon is going to feel SO good when you walk in for your appointment.

It’s bittersweet to be sharing the news that our salon coordinator/manager Elise will be moving on to new adventures.
We know how much everyone has loved the connections, laughs, and stories shared with her as much as we have. While it will be very different not having her greet you over the phone or when you walk in, we wish her nothing but the best in all her future endeavors.
We will always strive to continue giving you the warm, welcoming environment and experience you’ve grown to expect from us.

Every day is basically Valentine’s Day with this crew and we’re not mad about it ✨
From the cutestttt client shoes to the homemade buckets spoiled us with (actual love language), today was full of giggles, glam, and our new obsession- Polaroids! We’re capturing every fun moment so we can start leaving these cuties all around the salon 😂
Tomorrow we get to do it all over again while pampering our #1 Valentines — our clients💋

This week was one of the best we’ve had as a business. Things that I’m beyond proud of:
- Our new stylist is KILLING it
- Clients are pouring in- today someone called who’d never been in before and said they “need to jump on the Philosophē bandwagon” which tells me people are talking positively about us and the quality of our work!
- Elise and I placed an order today for something we are beyond excited to share with you all!
All of these things make me incredibly proud, but beyond that, we have all taken time these last few weeks to pamper each other. As stylists, we rarely get our hair done and it’s important to me that we change that in our salon. We’ve all gotten our color and cut refreshes (cait, you’re next!) and more than that, we’re collaborating together to create beautiful work. This gorgeous color was a collab between all of us at the salon, and this cut was something trusted me to do for her, trying a layering method I don’t usually use.
I’m in love with our space, our team, and the prospect of our future as a salon. If you’ve read this far, let us know in the comments what your favorite part about our team/space is!

With 7+ years in the industry and a passion that started at just 12 years old, Alexandra is all about continued education, healthy hair, and creating color that grows out beautifully. She specializes in rich brunettes, dimensional redheads, lived-in color, and has a huge love for curly hair.
Behind the chair, Alex values honesty, connection, and making sure you leave feeling confident, cared for, and educated on your hair.
When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her reading fantasy + romance, sipping coffee, or hanging with her cat 🐾☕📚
