How to Dry Brush (the right way)

1. Choose Your Brush
→ Use a natural-bristle brush (long handle optional for hard-to-reach spots).

2. Always Brush Dry Skin
→ Best done before you shower, with completely dry skin.

3. Brush Towards the Heart
→ Start at feet & ankles → move up legs → hands & arms → circular motion on belly → upward on back & chest.
→ Use gentle pressure (firm, not scratchy).

4. Shower & Moisturize
→ Rinse off dead skin cells, then apply a nourishing moisturizer or body oil.
